The president and founder of CCT is Malory Fischer, who has proven her ability to analyze instructional needs, and design and implement training programs that get results. With fifteen years of training experience, Malory prides herself in having created a company that has grown - and continues to grow -- almost entirely through word-of-mouth.
Prior to heading up CCT, Malory taught English on the secondary and college levels; she was also employed as a professional writer and a corporate trainer. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Rutgers University where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, the academic honor society. Malory is an excellent communicator, practiced in promoting teamwork, productivity, and career growth through training.
